Coral Go Evens Sprinter Sacre in Biggest Ever Cheltenham Offer

Coral is launching the biggest and potentially most expensive Cheltenham offer in the firm’s history by offering Even money on Sprinter Sacre for the Champion Chase, and are announcing that they will hold this price for ‘days rather than hours’, starting from 9am, today, Thursday 7th March.

“This is by far the biggest, and potentially most costly, Cheltenham offer that Coral has ever run but we wanted to give our customers something to get seriously excited about in advance of the meeting so offering a price that is impossible to resist on the banker of the Festival seemed a good way to achieve this”, explained Simon Clare, Coral Spokesman.

"Given the size of this offer, we are entering uncharted territory in terms of the demand it will create, but it is our firm intention to hold this price for as long as possible, for days rather than hours, in order to allow every customer who fancies ‘even money’ about Sprinter Sacre time to get on", explained Clare.

“All the experts think Sprinter Sacre will win, every punter thinks Sprinter Sacre will win, and so in truth do we, but it is the horse that absolutely everyone is looking forward to watching at Cheltenham, and so we are giving every racing fan an opportunity to back him at a ridiculously generous price”, said Clare.

"We are going into this with our eyes wide open, and expect to face a sizeable seven figure liability when the tapes go up on Wednesday, but there is only one Cheltenham Festival, and if you want to make a noise you have to come up with a really big offer, and they don't come bigger than Evens on Sprinter Sacre", concluded Clare.

The Even money on Sprinter Sacre will be available to all new and existing online, mobile and telephone customers (not available in shops) up to a maximum bet of £20 per customer.

Sprinter Scare is currently the 1/4 favourite in the standard ante post market for the Champion Chase with Coral available to all customers across all channels.
