The John Gosden-trained filly travelled strongly through the race but having hit the front two furlongs out, she failed to instantly put the contest to bed.
However upon meeting the rising ground she did put her seal on it, running on in a manner which suggests she is crying out for a return to a mile.
At the line she had a length-and-a-quarter in hand of 33/1 runner-up Squash with Robanne (14/1) flashing home for third.
Gosden felt victory merely paid yet another complement to Aidan O'Brien's 1000 Guineas favourite, Minding, who beat Nathra 10 lengths into second in the Fillies' Mile in October when last seen.
He said: "Minding was probably the most impressive Fillies' Mile winner as I've ever seen and this pays her a great complement.
"She's obviously in here at Newmarket (1000 Guineas) but she's also got the option in Deauville, in the French.
"We'll leave those options open but we wouldn't go for both."
SkyBet cut Nathra to 10/1 (from 14s) for the first fillies' Classic and their Racing PR Manager Michael Shinners said: "Nathra is the first of the fillies to lay down her marker for the 1000 Guineas and was impressive in the end. She will relish the step back up to a mile back here next month and looks to hold sound each-way claims."
