Crowded House Regains Derby Favouritism After Meehan's Positive Update 21/04/09

Long-time Derby favourite Crowded House is once again the clear market leader with Coral for the Epsom Classic, after punters reacted to trainer Brian Meehan's positive update on the colt.

"Crowded House had been 6-1 joint favourite with the well-backed Fame And Glory, but support for the Racing Post Trophy winner today meant that we were forced to trim him to 5-1, and Brian Meehan appears to be oozing confidence ahead of his Dante run," said Coral's David Stevens.

Switching codes, Bowleaze and Always Waining have been supported for Saturday's Bet365 Gold Cup, with the former 12-1 from 14-1, and the latter 14-1 from 20-1 with Coral.
