Krypton Factor Team Anxious about Ascot Rain Bahrain-based owner-trainer Fawzi Nass is keeping an anxious eye on the weather as he targets Krypton Factor at the Diamond Jubilee Stakes on Saturday June 23.
The four-year-old was an excellent winner of the Dubai Golden Shaheen in March before finishing fifth in the Krisflyer International Sprint in Singapore in May. GOING At Ascot racecourse the ground at is currently Good to Soft on the Straight Course, Good to Soft, Soft in places on the Round Course. There is an unsettled forecast for the end of the week with some potential improvement for next week, although it is too early to be definitive. Racing is not under any threat at this stage and we would be confident that there will be no issues unless there is a significant change in the forecast.
