Picks from the Newsboy for all five races on Wednesday, including the Musselburgh Nap

In the 3.35 at Musselburgh, Newsboy thinks Manigordo is a safe bet, and he has high hopes for Go Chique under Nicky Henderson at Worcester.

In Musselburgh's Join Racing TV, Now Handicap over seven furlongs, MANIGORDO (3.35 odds) can win for the third time at both the course and distance.

The six-year-old had a hot streak in the summer of last year, winning twice in 12 days over the Edinburgh turf.

It took some time for Tim Easterby's gelding to get back to full speed this season, but he won by a half-length at Beverley over an additional half-furlong 24 days ago.

He gained 3 pounds with the win and has every chance of placing highly in a competitive tournament.

Two horses trained by Nicky Henderson will compete in the Lowes Garage Home Of Mot's £30 Handicap Hurdle over 2m7f at Worcester on Thursday. One of them, GO CHIQUE (4.23), will likely go well.

The seven-year-old mare has only competed in a handful of races over the past two seasons, but she won twice in 2018: once at Hereford in March and again in September at Bangor over the same distance, this time by two and a quarter lengths.

She has only raced once since, in November at Doncaster over three miles, finishing a length behind Caius Marcius. However, she has shown she can run well when fresh for her top yard, which won this event two years ago.
