Nacarat 4-1 Favourite for Racing Post Chase The Tom George trained Nacarat heads William Hill’s betting for this weekend’s Racing Post Chase at Kempton. The nine year old, who won last year’s race, is aiming to become the first horse since Docklands Express (1991,1992) to record back-to-back wins in the prestigious race. Madison Du Berlais, whose price has been slashed from 25-1 to 8-1 in recent days, looks set to be one of Nacarat’s chief rivals on Saturday. The David Pipe trained gelding, who will carry top weight in the three mile race, was due to run at Wincanton last weekend, but the weather scuppered those plans. Pipe has also left Piraya in the race. 4-1 Nacarat, 6-1 Fistral Beach, 7-1 Kilcrea Castle, Possol, 8-1 Madison Du Berlais, 12-1 Miss Mitch, Trabolgan, 14-1 Atouchbetweenacara, Oedipe, Piraya, 25-1 Le Burf, Private Be, Razor Royale, Something Wells, 33-1 Bible Lord, 50-1 Ollie Magern – EW ¼ 1-2-3-4 |
