Ayr Launch Prestigious New Members Package

A prestigious new Membership package has been introduced for 2008 at Ayr Racecourse to celebrate the creation of an exclusive Owners Bar.

The bar, which will be for the use of owners, trainers and members, is to be situated on the site of the current Bistro Bar on the ground floor of the Princess Royal Stand overlooking the paddock and will be opened in time for the Coral Scottish Grand National Festival next April.

Anyone buying an Owners Bar membership will have access to the new facility and be entitled to complimentary tea and coffee on racedays and also have the use of a betting shop which will adjoin the bar.

Owners’ Club Membership will cost £350 a year plus a £200 one-off joining fee.

Club Membership for 2008 which allows entry to all meetings will costs £260, equivalent to only £9.29 per raceday while Senior Citizen Club Membership is available for £210 (£7.50 per raceday ).

A Grandstand season ticket (excluding Scottish Grand National and Gold Cup Saturdays) is £170 and £90 for Senior Citizens while Grandstand Jump Season ticket (excluding Scottish Grand National) is £75, senior citizens £40; Flat Season Grandstand (excluding Gold Cup) £112, senior citizens £65.
