Ruby Walsh made history in 2010 when becoming the most successful jockey ever at The Festival, surpassing the record of the late Pat Taaffe. He stands on 27 Festival victories heading into the 2011 meeting, while 15-time champion jockey Tony McCoy is now up to 23 triumphs courtesy of a big-race double with Binocular (Stan James Champion Hurdle) and Albertas Run (Ryanair Chase) last year.

Walsh has taken the Thomas Pink Leading Rider Award five times in total, including for each of the last three years and Ladbrokes make him 11/10 to retain his crown in 2011.
